Changes to your listing

Our objective is to have satisfied clients and we understand you may want to change your listing at some point which is fine.    This form enables us to assist you with any changes you need to your listing such as; price, status and remarks.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE OR EMAIL CHANGES.  PLEASE USE THE FORM BELOW OR PRINT IT, FILL OUT AND FAX IN. 

Additional Fees: 

• Price Changes: Free
   
• Photos.  $25 per change after the initial photos are in and set. NOTE: primary photo must be exterior, .jpeg format, less than 500k in size, 640x480 pixels.  Email photos to Photos@ResultsMLS.com
   
• Open Houses:  $25 for 4 open house dates.  They can be powerful!  We will show your home as open with the times in your local MLS!  This enables prospects AND Realtors to know you're open!
   
• Remarks/Description:  $25 per change after the initial proofing.
   
• Withdrawal:  Free If for some reason you wish to withdraw, please click here as it is form you need to fill in and fax to us.
   
• Pending and sold: No fee obviously, but we need to know when your home gets a contract and closes to update the MLS.
