to assist you with any changes you need to your listing
such as; price, status and remarks. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE OR EMAIL CHANGES.

Additional Fees:
- Price Changes: Free
- Photos: $25 per change after the initial
photos are in and set. NOTE: primary photo must be
exterior, .jpeg format, less than 500k in size,
640x480 pixels. Email photos to
Photos@ResultsMLS.com
- Add / Change Photo Captions on MLS and
Realtor.com: $75.
- Open Houses: $50 for 4 open house dates. They can be
powerful! We will show your home as open with the
times in your local MLS! This
enables prospects AND Realtors to know you're open!
- Remarks/Description: $25 per change after the initial
proofing.
- Withdrawal: Free If for some reason you wish to
withdraw,
please click here as it is form you need to fill in
and fax to us.
- Pending and sold: No fee obviously, but we need to
know when your home gets a contract and closes to
update the MLS.
