Why Use CSS (Central Showing Service)?
 

1. CSS is for yours and the agent’s convenience on showing your home.  CSS is open 7 days a week 12 hours a day to set showings for you home.  CSS also verifies agents are in the agent database before giving the lockbox code. 

   Just ask yourself:
   Can I answer my phone 7 days a week 12 hours a day and not miss a call and it not go into voice mail? If your answer is no, then you need CSS. 

   Most listings use this service and you will miss showings if you can not be available 12/7.
    

2. After each showing CSS will automatically e-mail each agent 2 times for showing feed back and you will have your own personal web page to see your feed back. 
    
3. Only Realtors use CSS for appointments.  Buyer's without a realtor will call you direct.
   
   This is a great feature!
    

   ** CSS is only available to clients in the Middle TN, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Memphis MLS's.

     1.  Click here: http://www.showings.com
   
     2.  Click on your city on the map
   
     3.  Under Seller Login, enter your primary email address

     4.  And use the password 1111
