My husband and I were extremely pleased with your service! We certainly
saved at least 2.5 percent of the closing price ( $500,000) by using
ResultsMLS.com instead of listing it with an agent. WOW! Buyers'
agents didn't seem to have any trouble calling the service to get a showing
and I received the calls to my cell without problem. The second cell back up
was important to have in case I couldn't get to my phone in time. I
liked getting a personal call from the service and talking to a live person
instead of relying only on the internet notices. I used the internet notices
to confirm the date and time again and see the agent's name showing it. I
also liked the feature to input special instructions as needed online. The
only thing really irritating was not having a genie to clean my house for me
everytime someone wanted to see it!
Too bad you don't have a link to the rental management companies. They
could pay you to advertise on your website. We had to search quickly for a
rental house to move into to sell it to these buyers.

To be

"There is not
one word to describe the service provided and
outcomes generated by working with Susanne Flynn.
We quickly had to sell our home and with an older
dog and the need to show the house ourselves we
determined that FSBO was the way for us to go. We
put a sign in our yard for the first few days and
even paid for an ad in the paper before listing with

In doing
research on flat-fee listings, I found Susanne and
before we even signed on she became a valuable

Overall, we've been pleased with Results MLS and with Susanne.
Susanne has been very responsive, promptly answering questions,
staying on top of things, and following up appropriately, which I
honestly didn't expect from a flat-fee service. I've had
full-service realtors in the past who have been less responsive,
actually.I went with the $499 package. It offered a longer
time period for listing the MLS than other flat-fee packages I
investigated and came with a lock box and yard sign, both of which
arrived in a timely manner.
The only disappointment I've had so far is that the CSS
(Customer Showing Service) is not available in our area. A 24/7
answering service is a nice perk, and I was disappointed that it
wasn't available.
