Listing Process

  1. E-mail the photos to photos@ResultsMLS.com.  OUR PHOTO PROCESS IS VERY SPECIFIC - When you e-mail us the photos be sure to include your address and make sure they are individual JPG attachments and name the files of the photos as:  (your address1.jpg, your address2.jpg, etcÖ).  Maximum photo size is 640 x 480.  Please keep the file size under 900KB and we cannot accept .zip files.

  3. Print and fill out all of the steps and forms and fax to us at 1-866-232-1618.
     
  4. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL DAILY!  We correspond via email with questions, leads and contract offers on your home.  Please check your email frequently as not to miss out on important information.
     
  5. BROADCAST YOUR HOME TO THOUSANDS OF WEBSITES!  AFTER YOU GET YOUR MLS NUMBER - Please create your free flyer at http://www.resultsmls.com/flyer/ this process is done by the seller and the listing is then syndicated to hundreds of websites!!!!  If this step is not completed your listing will not be sent to the websites other than your MLS and www.realtor.com as described on our site.

We will e-mail you a copy of the listing with your MLS# after we list your home.

Commonly Asked Questions:

  1. How long before our home is listed? 
    Within 48 business hours after you get the forms and pictures to us.
     
  2. How long before our home shows up on web sites like Realtor.com? 
    Different web sites download at different times. Realtor.com downloads from all 800 MLSís one time a week, so depending on what day of the week they down load, it could take up to a week to show up on Realtor.com.  The listing will show up first and then the photos should show up the next week.  Other web sites down load at different time, Realtor.com is normally the slowest.  WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS.
     
  3. Will my listing look just like other listings on the MLS?  
    YES, your listing will look exactly the same. In fact all listings look the same.
     
  4. How do I log into Showing Feedback?

  5. How do I create my Free FSBO Web Page and Flyer?  
     http://www.ResultsMLS.com/flyer/  Please keep in mind that this Free Web Page and Flyer is made after you get your MLS number from us.
    This flyer is how your listing is broadcast to all the external websites for sydication.
     
  6. How long before I receive the sign and lock box? 
    Normally within 48 business hours after you place your order via UPS.
