This includes assisting you with completing all paperwork, taking photos, recommendations on pricing, staging information and suggestions, open houses, unlimited contract offer negotiations, marketing, and MORE! Total full service listing commission is a total of $1,200.00 and we credit your monthly payments toward the total, so any unpaid balance is paid at closing!  So, if you list, and sell quickly, you don't have to pay upfront! Complete details will be in your listing agreement. (6 month minimum required if cancelled)

Agents are used to using this same call center service nationwide to make appointments and it makes your property very easy to show. Realtors will call this service to make an appointment to show your home. You set the parameters like "need an hours notice", "don't let pets out" or that the home is always available anytime between 9am and 5pm so just go and show.

Why Use CSS (Central Showing Service)?

  1. CSS is for yours and the agent's convenience on showing your home. CSS is open 7 days a week 12 hours a day to set showings for your home. CSS also verifies agents are licensed and in the agent database before giving the lockbox code.
  2. After each showing CSS will automatically e-mail each agent 2 times for showing feedback and you will have your own personal web page to see your feedback and also get an email.
  3. Only Realtors use CSS for appointments. Buyers without a realtor will call you direct.
    This is a great feature!
